How Much Will It Cost?

When you call Little Computer People to fix your computer, the only surprise you’ll get is at the quality of our service!

We’ve done our homework, and we think our prices are the best on offer in Sydney. Sure, you might find another place that seems cheaper than us…but they’ll charge you extra for other things that we wouldn’t dream of charging you for – like phone support, or coming to your home, for instance.

We charge a flat rate of only $120 per hour when we come to your house. After the first hour of work, you’ll be charged in fifteen minute increments. The only extra you’ll pay is if your computer needs a new part.

If you’re concerned about how much fixing your computer will cost, just let us know. We’re experienced enough that we can take a quick look at your computer and determine approximately how long it’ll take us to get it back to normal again. We’ll work to your budget to come up with a solution that suits you.

Sometimes, seriously sick computers need to be taken back to Little Computer People Headquarters for a little extra TLC. When we work on your computer at our lab, we charge $55 per hour. There’s also a $60 fee for picking up your computer and dropping it off again once it’s complete (so that’s $120 all together if we need to take your computer back to the lab).

Also, when your computer’s at our headquarters, we occasionally need to run testing programs to make sure your computer’s running to absolute perfection before we return it to you. These programs can take several hours to run....but the good news is, we charge a measly $5.50 per hour while we’re running testing programs (after all, we have to pay the electricity bill somehow!).
